![]() Ljmacri , Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. ![]() Is this now expected behaviour where Intel DSA v23.4.x and higher can no longer auto-update, or is it time for me to wipe v23.3.25.6 off my system with the Intel Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller and then reinstall with the latest Intel-Driver-and-Support-Assistant-Installer.exe offered at ĭell Inspiron 5584 * 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.3448 * Microsoft Defender v0.2008-0.2007 * Malwarebytes Premium v4.6.4.286- * Macrium Reflect Free v * Firefox v118.0.2 * Microsoft Edge v1.60 * Intel Driver & Support Assistant v23.3.25.6 Before launching Intel DSA I confirmed that the Intel Driver & SupportAssistant service (DSAService) and Intel Driver & SupportAssistant Updater service (DSAUpdateService) were both running, and after launching I could see Intel DSA v23.3.25.6 running in my system tray. I also browsed to with my MS Edge browser (all browser extensions disabled) and had the same result. I use Firefox as my default browser and launching Intel DSA v23.3.25.6 with all my browser extensions disabled did not help. It has an enhanced detection engine to ensure that customers are given complete and accurate information and a scan frequency option to change from a "run-once" tool to a persistent experience that can provide customers with driver updates more quickly.I launched the outdated Intel Driver & Support Assistant (DSA) v23.3.25.6 today and instead of auto-updating to the current v23.4.39.9 it failed to detect that Intel DSA was already installed and offered the latest Intel-Driver-and-Support-Assistant-Installer.exe. ![]() ![]() This tool has the main interface hosted on Intel's support website and provides a more integrated support experience to users. The Intel Driver & Support Assistant enables you to scan computing devices for the latest drivers available from Intel. ![]()
